A Client purchased a Darwin Penthouse and asked us to work with them to create a stunning new home.
Although we were restricted by the existing floor plate and internal planning, we were able to give the unit a new identity by creating and defining the functional elements – lobby, living, dining, wine room, day bar, kitchen and associated facilities, which previously had presented as one, large area.
We gave the penthouse a personality, one which the owner could identify and enjoy as his home. This was achieved using panels in the ceilings, differing floor finishes, custom joinery, wall treatments and furniture.
In addition to the interior architecture, all building services were upgraded.
The result is a spectacular and liveable home, ideal for entertaining or enjoying the private facilities and home office.
