DKJ were commission by the Northern Territory Government to design, document and deliver a new cyclone shelter in Borroloola.
We have completed a few of these around the Top End – they are complex facilities, and provide a critical community service during the Cyclone season.
For the majority of the time, when not in use as a shelter, they provide the community with a sports and recreation facility.
