DKJ Projects. architecture was commissioned by Greenspace Homes to design and document a new residential apartment building in Parap, Darwin.

Greenspace Homes had previously commissioned a concept design by others and requested DKJ projects. architecture review the site feasibility and redesign the project. Our design realised an additional three apartments (for total 15), through understanding the site conditions, local statutory requirements and efficient design.

The development comprises 12*2 bedroom and 3*1 bedroom apartments, within a Ground + three storey building with undercover car parking, pool and other associated residential amenities.

Our design brief called for generous sized apartments and an open tropical aesthetic. The overall result was an efficient, well designed, high quality residential development, achieving purchaser affordability.

Our service and produce was very well received by the client and our working relationship with Greenspace Homes has advanced to other projects.
